Bartley, DKB Catering, Greenville Weekly FACT 81% of the proposed lots lie within an eight mile radius of Jackman, Rockwood, Greenville, and Kokadjo, some of the region’s most developed areas. Two major access routes serve Plum Creek’s land. About 74% of all proposed development is within a 3-mile corridor on each side of Route 6/15 and the Lily Bay Road. Development beyond these relatively narrow corridors is only proposed on already developed lakes, accessible by existing woods roads. Changes in the Plan are being considered based on what Plum Creek has heard. Now it’s your turn. What would you like to see different in the Plan? What changes do you think would make the Plan better? What are your main concerns with the Plan, and how would you address those concerns?
